We are looking for a talented marketer (full-time or contract) to join our team as our first sales hire and lead our sales. We've had solid traction and growth this year but need help to sustain it!
Job Description:
We seek a dedicated Account Manager to join our team to manage a portfolio of 20 customer accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our product. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who excels in building strong client relationships and driving customer growth.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of 20 customer accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand each customer's unique business needs, goals, and challenges, and align our SaaS product to address their requirements effectively.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our product.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and business objectives, positioning our product as a strategic solution.
- Customer Success: Collaborate closely with customers to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of our SaaS product.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to customers, ensuring they fully understand and utilize the features and capabilities of our product.
- Monitor customer usage, identify any usage gaps or issues, and proactively address them to maximize customer success and value.
Qualifications:
- Strong English speaking skills to manage clients in US.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer accounts concurrently
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from customer data.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product.
