Looking for a varied job that focuses on customer contact and involves administrative follow-up with colleagues and customers?
We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team. In this position, customer contact will be key and you will be responsible for scheduling and contract and license management for our customers. In addition, billing and cost management and tracking is also an important part of the daily tasks.
At a later stage, after you have been trained, a part of account management can be added to your tasks. Here you follow up (smaller) customers personally and build a partner relationship with them.
What does your job entail?
- In close consultation with colleagues and clients, you plan various interventions, deliveries and projects
- You are responsible for the contract management of our customers
- In addition to your colleagues, licenses become your best friend
- You take care of the invoicing of our customers, both for contracts, materials and projects
- You proactively seek ways for us as an organization to better manage and track costs
- You build long-term relationships with your customers
- You are punctual and work accurately
What qualities do you have?
- You have an ASO or TSO high school diploma with a major in accounting or IT or you already have several years of experience in a similar position in the IT sector
- You have an interest in IT and cloud solutions
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
- You have basic accounting knowledge
- You can work fluently in Microsoft Office applications
- You can work independently but are also a team player.
