We are recruiting for a leading company a Polish speaking Customer Support Agent for their offices in Sofia.
The role is based in Sofia
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide informational support to customers using various channels
- Resolve customer issues in an efficient manner
- Implement outbound contacts to customers in line with business processes
- Maintain regular and ad hoc reporting in line with company standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Polish, both oral and written. Fluent in English
- Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office package
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with a self-motivated mindset
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time
