Customer agent Polish speaking [Poland]


 

We are recruiting for a leading company a Polish speaking Customer Support Agent for their offices in Sofia.

The role is based in Sofia

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide informational support to customers using various channels
  • Resolve customer issues in an efficient manner
  • Implement outbound contacts to customers in line with business processes
  • Maintain regular and ad hoc reporting in line with company standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Polish, both oral and written. Fluent in English
  • Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office package
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with a self-motivated mindset
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time
