The Future Student Advisors sit within the Future Student Service team and are the primary contact point for prospective students who inquire to study at UOW. This position seeks to provide the highest customer service standards to prospective students across all mediums of communication, including telephone, email, face-to-face, direct social media, third-party chat, and other systems/ applications that UOW employs.
The Future Student Service Team sits within the Outreach and Future Students Division (OFSD) which manages and delivers a range of services for prospective students.
