Chelmer Marquees is a family run Marquee hire/events business based in Boreham, Essex. We have been in the Marquee industry for over 37 years offering both Clearspan and traditional pole marquees across Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and Cambridge.
We offers a bespoke service ensuring each job is carefully tailored to the client’s needs; no two jobs are the same.
What will you be doing as a Marquee Labourer?
- Loading and unloading lorries
- Warehouse duties
- Installing and dismantling both clearspan and traditional pole Marquees including interior finishes, flooring, lighting, and heating
- Maintenance of all hire equipment
Who are we looking for?
No previous experience is needed full training of all aspects of the job will be provided.

DESIRABLES
- UK Driving License – Majority of our fleet can be driven on a standard UK car license.
- Previous Marquee, rigging or Labouring Experience
