Global Service Desk - 9-15 Years

Location: Pune( WFO)

Qualifications and Educational Requirement

  • 7+ years of progressive/management work experience in the global technology industry.
  • Experience in managing teams of 15+ members.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory/management role within a service desk environment.
  • Fluent in English – written and verbal.
  • Working understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating systems and administration with similar technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Researches and collects appropriate data points for effective decision making.
  • Readily makes recommendations using documentation, facts, and subject matter expertise to support conclusions.
  • Considers the possible outcomes and corresponding consequences when taking risks.
  • Project and People management skills.
  • Effectively plans and communicates needs for resources to ensure goals are met.
  • Develops specific action plans to remedy subordinate performance deficiencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
