Goldstep Housing is a small business in Kitchener, ON. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to provide guests with a five star experience. This means having a thoroughly cleaned home.
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of our premises, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and has a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Strip and make beds
- Wash and dry bed sheets
- Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Requirements: English is NOT a requirement. A car is required as there are different sites to be cleaned (all are a few minutes apart).
Housekeepers will be expected to arrive at 10:00AM. Each clean will take a maximum of 3 hours but will typically take 2 - 2.5 hours. You are welcome to leave as soon as you are finished! There will typically be two cleans per day. This means the average day will be 10AM to 3PM. Part time is also available (10AM to 1PM) on a daily basis. Please send me your availability, your experience, whether you have a car, and any other obligations you may have (student/fulltime job). All work will be in Kitchener/Waterloo.
