What You'll Do
This is an exciting new opportunity to utilize your creative and technical skills to help shape the future of HR Information Systems at REEF. You will be the bridge between HR Systems and our employees/managers, providing superior technical expertise to improve user experience with the system. You are an innovator, problem-solver, and have a learners' mindset, which will be essential for systems support, process improvement, and employee data compliance.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly standard reports and analytics timely and accurately to key stakeholders across the company.
- Design, develop, and deliver customized reports and dashboards, utilizing our existing People (HR).
- Research and assess applicability of UKG reporting and dashboard functionality based on business needs.
- Perform routine audits of benefits and compensation data, as well as project work in these functional areas.
- Recommend improvements and support team-wide efforts to continuously provide best-in-class service for our end-users.
- Help to identify, standardize, and implement data & analytics solutions, including enhanced tools to improve processes and turning ad-hoc requests into self-service access.
- Support data governance initiatives specific to People Analytics.
- Partner with various stakeholders within and outside of the People Team to gather, define, and document functional requirements based on their workflow and processes.
- Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Performs group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and research/report on any data discrepancies.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
What We Want From You
- 3+ years of experience with People Data and Analytics
- People (HR) systems experience, specifically as it relates to report development and inputting/extracting data.
- Experience with tools and technologies utilized across the analytics lifecycle (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.)
- Comfortable with compiling data from various systems to produce compelling, understandable stories.
- Knowledge of the analytics product lifecycle (e.g., data, analysis, and visualizations)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills while supporting multiple projects.
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UKG BI reporting (Cognos) and UKG Dimensions Reporting
