Marketing/Communications Intern for High-Tech Production Company
At CTS Ferroperm Piezoceramics, we are looking for a talented intern to join our small, but capable marketing and communications team.
We are located in Kvistgård, a small town approximately 40 kilometers north of Copenhagen. There, we manufacture components in piezoelectric ceramics – a unique crystalline material capable of converting mechanical energy to electrical energy and vice versa. Among other things, piezoceramics enable ultrasound scanning and underwater echolocation (sonar), and our products are vital to major industries such as med-tech, aerospace/defense and underwater exploration and excavation. We would like your help to improve and optimize our marketing efforts and to polish and sharpen our brand.
During your internship with us, you will get to try your hand at a wide range of marketing and communications tasks. We are a subsidiary of CTS Corporation, a publicly traded, multinational company, and you will have ample opportunity to connect and network with colleagues across the globe while contributing to the growth of a highly specialized, billion-dollar business.
As an intern, your assignments will include:
- Content creation for e-mail marketing
- Target group analysis and customer segmentation
- Product descriptions in close collaboration with our product managers and R&D division
- Graphic design of catalogues, brochures and presentations
- Video production and execution of live-streamed events
- Administering and updating our SoMe accounts
Your profile:
- You are studying for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications or something similar.
- You are ready to work with technically advanced products and topics. Knowledge of and interest in the natural sciences will certainly come to your aid.
- You posses great communication skills – in writing as well as in speech. The vast majority of our external communication is in English, and we are often on conference calls with our international colleagues.
- You are well-acquainted with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Adobe programs (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign etc.) will be beneficial as well.
The internship will primarily take place at our facilities and offices in Kvistgård. Even though we are part of a high-tech, multinational company, we enjoy an informal and friendly work environment, marked by helpfulness and camaraderie where not a week goes by without someone bringing cake to the entire office!
Weekly hours can be arranged to match your study schedule. The internship will be unpaid, and we expect you to work around 15 hours a week over a period of three to six months. If you would like more weekly hours, that can certainly be arranged.
