This well-oiled Operations Department is looking to add an additional member to their team, focussed purely on ensuring the smooth-running of Ops-Administration processes centralised from Head Office. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will need to be able to juggle the operational demands of multiple Centre Management teams as well as coordination of the Operations feet on the ground. In line with the business strategy, you will be tasked with the coordination of contractors, services, repairs, upgrades and any related procurement of equipment. Anything administrative with regards to Health, Safety & Environmental compliance & legalities will also form part of your duties, along with any admin related insurance claims or maintenance/emergency repairs.
Making sure the right staff and the right teams have been deployed - and to exactly where - is a huge coordination undertaking and you will need to know what’s happening and where at any given time. Monthly reporting, departmental financial and the collation of documentation is critical. Keeping record of everything operational and tracking of information at the click of a mouse is where you can really add value to the team. Multi-tasking must be second nature and the right person will be calm and efficient in delivery.
