As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Receiving and checking order commercial clear and other information from customer
Clarifying the order via kick off meeting, finishing the Order loading in ERP system
Loading order into milestone system and monitoring the order progress and report to customer
Handling project documents & Customer documents submit for project closed
Ensuring customer satisfactory by resolving customer on site issue
Coordinating with witness request & Shipment arrangement and sales report for booking & Shipment plan
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English
Have familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP.
Be preferred to have good quality knowledge of project documents (EPC)
Experience in Word, power point and excel (Microsoft Excel databases).
Be able to demonstrate deep project management skills and process improvement skills
Be college graduate or above in Mechanical /Business English/International Trade
Working experience at valve company will be preferred
