Restaurant Manager
Your role as Restaurant Manager is to be responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant floor, with a focus on financial performance and the standard of service provided to guests. You will be responsible to:
- Ensure that a high standard of service is delivered every time
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all times and handles guest complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to an optimum level for guest satisfaction whilst within budget guidelines
- Plan, organize and allocate the team for the setup and execution of functions and events
- Ensure the department is functioning to maximum capability and developing further by organizing regular training.
- Issue disciplinary action within the department, as required in a professional and appropriate manner
- Support and cooperate with other departments to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
- Assist the Operations/General Manager as required, taking on additional responsibilities in their absence

Minimum qualifications:
· With experience in fine-dining restaurant
· Good communication skills
· Arabic is an advantage but not required
· Leadership skills
· Team-player
