Purpose of the Role:
We sell various 10ml vaping liquids under LIQUA and ARAMAX brands in the Netherlands and Belgium via a local distribution partner. Your main role would be to drive sales revenue growth for our brands in the existing retail shops and help to expand our presence in the new retail channels in the Netherlands.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with the local distributor and with most of the shops where our products are sold
- Manage the retail shop's database and classification, visit all shops in accordance with a defined schedule
- Ensure the agreed number of SKUs is ordered by the retailer, properly displayed, and is never-out-of-stock
- Establish the best possible visibility of the product for consumers, also inside the closed-door shelves
- Collect retailer feedback about sales performance, issues, and opportunities
- Monitor and report main competitors’ in-store activities and product changes
- Identify and solve issues between retail shops and distributor supplies
- Monitor and report the overall satisfaction of retailers from selling our brands.
- Manage Trade Communication programs (where allowed)
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Official Dutch residence and permission to work
- Native in the Dutch language, fluent in English
- Dutch Drivers Licence and own car
- Good understanding and prior working experience in the Consumer Goods industry, FMCG, Trade Marketing, or Retail sector. You will have to present actual cases of your prior experience working with retail shops and explain what results were achieved.
- Great communication and presentation skills, basic sales and relationship-building skills
- Familiar with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs tools for efficient work with shared folders and documents
- Prior experience with marketing-restricted categories like tobacco, alcohol and pharma will be beneficial, but not mandatory.

Contract length: 12 months
Salary: €2,500.00 - €3,500.00 per month
