Job Description
Team and Role Introduction:
User Growth - Flash Sale Campaign Team is one the the biggest channel on Lazada platform. The team is responsible to drive Flash Sale operation end-to-end during Mega and A+ level campaign. The team very dynamic and work closely with Commercial team and Flash Sale Regional team to maximize efficiency and ensure smooth operation for relevant parties.
Responsibilities:
User Growth - Flash Sale Campaign Team is one the the biggest channel on Lazada platform. The team is responsible to drive Flash Sale operation end-to-end during Mega and A+ level campaign. The team very dynamic and work closely with Commercial team and Flash Sale Regional team to maximize efficiency and ensure smooth operation for relevant parties.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee an end-to-end deals hunting process for Flash Sale channel.
- Design the deals hunting criteria and process in order to maximize the sales on the channel.
- Work closely with commercial team to identify and grow new strategic assortment from key sellers.
- Incubate and expand the pool of eligible sellers to ensure a sustainable growth.
- Maintain the quality of the products featured on the channel by establishing operation standards in order to create a good customer experience.
- Utilize data to monitor the performance and present insights and recommendations to management.
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

- Bachelor's degree in related field (i.e. Business, Marketing, Economic, Engineering etc.)
- 1-3 years of work experience with commercial, retail or data analysis background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advance in Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and data visualization skills, SQL would be a plus.
- Fluent in both Thai and English.
