Job Title
The Social Media Channel Marketing Manager is responsible to engage, create conversations and raise awareness of Amadeus across the vertical social media channels.
The role requires someone that understands, thinks, and sees problems as well as opportunities as the customers and is able to capture their attention through social.
This person will gain a broad view of the Amadeus end-to-end value of our ecosystem and will be able to connect all the dots in order to showcase all solutions that we have available across the business.
The candidate will need to work closely with the campaign manager and the content manager in order to create the social media deployment at the campaign planning stage and then execute it.
The right candidate will be required to identify 'experts' across the organization and create ongoing content for their social media profile in order to build their presence in the channel and create credibility.
In this role you will
Social Media strategy and plan
- Plans and delivers a strong content strategy for the social media channels to increase the number of followers as well as increase engagement across all the managed accounts
- Creates and drafts stories for the social media channels across all business lines
Social Media content ownership
- Analyses all key stakeholders in the Travel unit organization and creates content to raise their profiles through social media channels.
- Delivers strong social stories that entice strong interactions on social media channels
- Social Media channel management
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the creative agencies to ensure that campaigns have strong and consistent messaging across social.
- Work closely with the Campaign Manager and Content Marketing in order to understand requirements and activity aims in order to optimize the execution of the campaign in social media
The ideal candidate
- +8 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on social media
- Proven experience in developing and implementing content in B2B marketing
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
