- Examine fruits and vegetable ("products") to ensure quality.
- Clean and disinfect products.
- Package products into bags or cardboard containers as specified.
- Clean work areas using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
- Examine and inspect containers prior to placing products inside.
- Discard soiled products and place them in specified area.
- Seal containers or packagers after products are placed inside.
- By stacking veggies properly, you can reduce breakage and spoiling.
- Boxes should be stacked and arranged in a safe condition.
