Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Associate to join our team to promote and sell honey products to hotels and restaurants. The successful candidate will develop and maintain customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to target hotels and restaurants for honey product sales.
- Identify and approach potential customers and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels and restaurants.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and ensure that all inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings for potential customers to showcase the quality of our honey products.
- Monitor market trends and competition and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, including customer feedback and market trends.
- Attend trade shows and other events to promote the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns to support sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the F &B industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A valid driver's license is required.
