What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence on various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video posts, that aligns with the brand's voice and tone.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend new strategies to enhance the company's social media presence and performance.
  • Interact and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives, such as email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of social media marketing.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement paid social media advertising campaigns, track their performance, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor and report on key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates, to demonstrate the effectiveness of social media efforts to management.
  • Keep an eye on social media trends
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers

What we're looking for:

  • Experience as a social media specialist or a similar role for 3 years
  • Experience in creating social media strategies
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and native Arabic speaker
  • Craft engaging content
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field
  • Prior experience as a social media manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
