As a Service Desk Analyst you'll have direct contact with customers on a daily basis. If you would like to develop in an international environment and your command of Spanish and English is proficient, apply for this offer.

your tasks
  • being the first point of contact for our global customers - in fact, you are the face of the Service Desk
  • troubleshooting technical/functional issues
  • log Incidents / Requests and maintain ownership
  • utilize our Knowledgebase, policies and processes to find solutions
  • challenge the status quo and help us constantly improve
what we expect
  • excellent verbal, written and analytical skills in English and Spanish (B2 or above)
  • desire to WOW the customer
  • enjoy working in a team environment
  • pro-active and accountable
  • interest to learn and maintain/enhance knowledge
