Job Responsibilities:
1. 根据公司系统要求,准确并及时完成立项相应事宜;
2. 保持与客户的良好沟通,有效的协调项目的顺利进行;
3. 跟踪项目进度,及时预警项目过程中可能发生的风险;
4. 汇总客户检测数据,配合报告组完成相关的测试报告准备;
5. 其他上级安排的工作。
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, majoring in cross-border e-commerce, materials, machinery or other science disciplines;
- English CET-4 or above;
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, and a strong sense of service;
- Strong execution ability, and pressure-bearing ability.
- Work responsibly, carefully and conscientiously
- Accept phased and seasonal overtime
- 3~5Y working experience, preferably with TIC working experiences, especially key account service experience
