They deserve and expect service that exceeds their expectations, and we’re looking for a hall-of-fame worthy Customer Success Expert that can give it to them.

We use proven, innovative methods to identify vulnerabilities and threats, assess cyber risks and recommend the best strategy for remediation. We are growing our team, and are seeking collaborative, energetic, inventive team-members who bring a positive mind-set and passionate focus. We seek an CSE who will be as excited to help us roll-out a new technology as CISOs will be to have it. The person who impresses us enough to become our next customer success specialist will roll up their sleeves and lead from the trenches. As a key member of the team, this specialist will help craft our customer-success strategies, build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.
