Key Selection Criteria
· A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or master's degree in management or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in operations and 3+ in a senior leader operations position.
· Strong ability to lead positive change and influence with capacity for analysis and problem solving.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Great capacity for organization and time management.
· Collaborator with ability to also work independently and meet deadlines.
· Experience with project management software.
· Strong knowledge of operating procedures.
· English 100% Read and Spoken
· Valid passport and Visa
· Availability to travel
