The Challenge
Qualtrics’ MR unit is one of the fastest-growing and most successful business units at Qualtrics. Our team is dedicated to changing the way marketers and insights teams leverage experience data to drive market share and revenue growth. This includes consulting with customers on brand / design experience software (eg; brand tracking, Ad testing, Campaign tracking, consumer insights, market segmentation, trend research and more), as well as providing comprehensive market research services (from survey design/methodology, sampling & panelling, to processing data and reporting).
More and more Qualtrics clients are responding to our services offerings and this has caused significant, exciting growth requiring an extraordinary Account Executive with a proven track record of selling to enterprise organisations or an experienced client side marketer who is looking to make their next careers move on the supplier side.

A Day in the Life
You will be leading all sales efforts within your assigned territory, from identifying prospects to building pipeline to handling the entire sales cycle (including proposals and negotiations) through to deal closure. You're working towards quarterly sales targets whilst delivering the highest standard of integrity, quality and customer service.
- You're interfacing and developing professional relationships with new clients across multiple departments in large organisations.
- You take the time to understand client research pain-points and customise tailored services to meet those needs.
- You're engaging with clients at all points of the sales cycle - including prospecting, discovery, solution presentations, negotiation, and close.
- You're educating clients on packages and options applicable to their situation, demonstrating how our solutions relate to their pain points and demonstrate strong ROI
- You're developing and executing strategic plans for your territory and creating reliable forecasts.
- You're focussing on self-development through extensive training and enablement opportunities.
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 7+ years of sales or marketing (including research/ insights exposure) experience with a strong track record in meeting and over-exceeding sales quota.
- Strong experience of Qualtrics’ software for at least 2 years. Qualtrics platform essentials certification preferred.
- Experience in selling tech driven Brand experience or other SAAS based market research solutions. Sales experience of selling to large organizations is a must.
- Experience in opening new markets for SAAS based market research technology products is a must.
- Preferred recent experience within software and services sales and maintaining executive relations, particularly with market research departments and technology departments of large organizations.
- Must have experience using Salesforce.com (or similar CRM software)
- Strong sales forecasting experience using software such as Clari or similar forecasting tools.
- Experience of using lead generation tools (such as Outreach, or similar software)
- Sales experience across Asia Pacific.
- Experience in consulting role is a plus.
- Strong experience of collaborations with cross-functional teams.
