Responsibilities:
- Chart a course for product development, understanding the shifting customer needs and trends with skill and agility.
- Dive deep into market research to uncover customer insights and use them to inform product development and strategy.
- Lead the charge in delivering innovative and high-quality products that delight our customers, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Lead and motivate a crew of talented product specialists, coaching them and building a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Work alongside other teams, including engineering and design, to ensure that our products are built to perfection and delivered on time and within budget.
- Team up with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that make a splash in the market.
- Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements or new product development.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments, diving deep into the depths of the pool cleaning industry to uncover opportunities and threats alike.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
