Job Description:

Arabic Cook Especially home cook food

Knowledge & Qualification:

Candidates must have experience in Arab Food Items, Especially home food. He must have Experienced in cooking VIP House Cook
Gulf Experience Home Cook for company Owner Family.
1. Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience as an Arabic Cook / Chef in a Catering Company or an excellent restaurant in the Middle East.
2. Has knowledge about Food Safety & Hygiene
3. Knows proper use of Kitchen equipment & utensils
4. Can make menus for family and any small gatherings at home
5. Is literate – speaks and writes English – knowledge of Arabic will be a huge advantage
6. Is of good etiquette & manners
KNOWS THE FOLLOWING
A) BREAKFAST: Foul Medammes, Addas, Shakshouka, Scrambled, other variety eggs, Kidney, Liver, Sausages
B) LUNCH + DINNER: Kapsa, Mandi, Biryani, Shish Tavouk, Kebabs, Lasagna, Spaghetti, Macaroni, Fish Sayadia, Jareesh, Variety of Arabic & other Soups, Variety of Vegetables, Salona, Lamb Chops, Steaks, Maklouba, Matbi,
SALADS: Fattoush, Muttabel, Hummus, Green Salad, Coleslaw, Greek Salad, etc.
MISCELLANEOUS: Knowledge of snacks (fatayers, samosa, kibbeh, pizza, sandwiches) will be an advantage. Ability to make 3 meal menus for family.

Home Cook for company Owner's Family. Cooking Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for home.
