What you get to do in the role:

As an Office Manager, you will assist in managing our company’s day-to-day office activities, creating, and maintaining a pleasant work environment, and provide general administrative support to our employees. This role reports directly to the Head of HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for all office operations, including: maintenance, mailing, groceries, supplies, equipment, bills, managing vendor relationships, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Manage welfare events and employee experience.
  • Be the office focal point and creatively look for ways to make the office more efficient and enjoyable.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the High-tech industry
  • Attention to details to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
  • Proficiency in various software, such as Outlook & Office
  • English and Hebrew - High level - Must
  • Communicative, service-oriented, well organized, initiator, people person with good vibes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work, independent
  • People’s person, service-oriented with excellent communication skills
