Our company, Depreciator, is looking for a part time person to join our small customer service/sales team and the flexibility of working from home.
If you have an interest in investment property, this could be what you're looking for.
Depreciator has been in the property industry for over 20 years and is a leader in its niche investment market with a business approach that sets them apart from their competitors.
It's a customer service/sales team too small to have a team leader, so we want a team player. (Yes, that's a cliché, but it's appropriate.) An 'all-rounder' would also be great. Yes, another cliché, but in a small business, all-rounders are valuable.
We want someone who knows how to build rapport and ask for a sale - this is not a cold call job or anything like that, but it is a business that has been built on great customer service and providing customers what they need. So you need to have experience in sales.
And we want a reliable, friendly, engaging person.

- We want someone who will stick to a task and give it detailed attention.
- We want someone who knows how to listen to and handle the client's needs.
- We want someone who can quickly build rapport over the phone.
- We want someone who can think laterally and solve a problem.
- We want someone who can write a good email with no spelling mistakes and who understands that 'C u later' is not a way to sign off.
- We want someone with good desktop PC and CRM skills, and if you have computer skills or interests, that would be great.
