Job Description:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English conversation instructor to join our team. As a visiting instructor, you will be responsible for providing personalized English language instruction to students of all ages and levels in their homes or offices.
Job Flow:
1.Initial Consultation:
The first step is to schedule an initial consultation with the potential student to discuss their English level, goals, and scheduling preferences. During this consultation, the visiting English conversation instructor will evaluate the student's language level and assess their needs.
2.Customized Lesson Plan:
Based on the initial consultation, the visiting English conversation instructor will create a customized lesson plan tailored to the student's needs and goals. This plan will include specific learning objectives, activities, and exercises designed to help the student improve their English language skills.
3.Lesson Delivery:
The visiting English conversation instructor will travel to the student's home or office to deliver the lesson. Each lesson will typically be 60 minutes long and may include a variety of activities such as conversation practice, reading comprehension exercises, and grammar review.
4.Progress Monitoring:
Throughout the course of instruction, the visiting English conversation instructor will monitor the student's progress and provide constructive feedback to help the student improve their English language skills. The instructor will also maintain accurate records of lesson plans and student progress to ensure that the lessons remain focused and effective.
5.Follow-up Consultation:
After a set number of lessons, the visiting English conversation instructor will schedule a follow-up consultation with the student to assess their progress and adjust the lesson plan as needed.
6.Continued Instruction:
If the student wishes to continue with English language instruction, the visiting English conversation instructor will create a new lesson plan and continue delivering personalized English language instruction to help the student reach their language goals.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in English
- At least 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language to adults and/or children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with students of different ages and backgrounds
- Own transportation to travel to students' locations

Job Schedule:

- Weekdays: Shifts available from 14:30 to 20:30.
- Weekends: Shifts available from 9:00 to 20:30.

Shift Schedule Submission:
- We offer two options for shift schedule submission to fit your needs:
- Option 1: Weekly Shift Schedule Submission. Submit your preferred shifts for the upcoming week in advance.
- Option 2: Monthly Shift Schedule Submission. Submit your preferred shifts for the entire month in advance.
- Choose the option that works best for you and enjoy the convenience and flexibility of customizing your own schedule.

Location of Lessons:
- Our English language lessons take place at our clients' homes or offices in Kunitachi, Tokyo.
- We may also conduct lessons at local cafes, depending on our clients' preferences and availability.
- Our flexible approach allows us to provide English language lessons in a comfortable and convenient setting for our clients, whether it's at their home, office, or a local cafe.

- The nearest station for access to Kunitachi is "Kunitachi Station" on the JR Chuo Line.
Transportation to Workplace:
- The distance from Kunitachi Station to the customer's home is typically covered on foot, by rental bicycle, or by bus.
- If you choose to use a rental bicycle or bus, the cost will be included in your transportation expenses.
- Whether you prefer walking, cycling, or taking the bus, we want to make sure that you have access to safe and reliable transportation options to reach your clients' homes.
待遇・福利厚生:
Transportation expenses:
- Transportation expenses up to 1,000 yen per day will be reimbursed.
- Reimbursement is only possible upon submission of a receipt.
