Job Scope
- Coordinate with internal staff and external clients/vendors/suppliers on administration tasks, delivery & shipment status.
- Handing logistic and shipments with freight forwarders and other third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery, good service, with competitive prices & preparing the related and necessary documents
- Checking and verifying all the invoices based on prices quoted and ensuring a full set of documents are received for payment and audit purposes
- Ensure proper receiving and check incoming goods
- Preparation of monthly and yearly sales reports
- Assist the team in the tender submission
- Maintain proper records/files/registers and other required documents for the above areas of operation
- Consolidate monthly attendance
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD
Requirements
- Ability to work independently, meticulous, self-motivator, and a team player
- Ability to cope in a fast pace environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in Logistic/Shipping Coordination will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Outlook, advanced level in Microsoft Excel

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm) Alt.
- Working Location: Joo Seng Rd, Tai Seng
