A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced, proactive and enthusiastic Certificate 3 qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will both design and implement appropriate developmental programs for individual children that are emergent, as well as being in line with the children’s individual strengths and interests.
As an Educator you will be required to respond to children’s strengths, interests and needs by assisting in implementing and providing a diverse, stimulating and inclusive program. You will be responsible for engaging children in meaningful learning opportunities and be reliable and confident in your abilities. The role requires you to build and maintain professional and positive relationships with families of the service while developing collaborative relationships with all staff in the service based on respect, trust and honesty.
You will assess the abilities of individual children and the group dynamics to ensure daily experiences enhance the children's development.
In accordance with current industry standards and reflective of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework, you will assess and record children’s voices development, learning and thinking using a variety of documentation methods.

9. Experienced Diploma or Certificate 3 of Early Childhood Education and Care
10. Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, regulation and frameworks.
Highly Desirable
1. Knowledge of National Quality standards principles and processes.
2. First Aid Certificate.
