Job Description.
- Call customers using the customer contact provided inhouse.
- Sell the company’s product to customers, physically and via telephone in a courteous manner.
- Monitor customer `s transaction until disbursement is done.
- Follow up with Credit to ensure prompt resolution of customer`s request.
- Ensures that daily reports are made available to department head before close of
business daily.
- Ensures that all assigned tasks are dealt with before close of business daily and if not,feedback should be given to the department head before close of business.
- Listening to customer needs.
- Track trends and monitor competition.
- Work on brand values.
- Searching for new (and helpful) marketing' tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦50,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
