Are you ready to lead the global IKEA climate and air pollution agenda and continue our journey to contribute to limit global warming to 1.5ºC, while enabling a world with clean air for the many people?
We are looking for a new Head of Climate & Air Pollution | Strategic Topic Leader in Sustainability for the total IKEA value chain, located in Inter IKEA Group.
The IKEA vision is to create a better everyday life for the many people – our customers, co-workers and suppliers. By 2030, we are committed to become climate positive by reducing more greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) than the IKEA value chain emits, while growing the IKEA business and without using carbon offsets. We have big responsibility – and opportunity – to make a difference and contribute towards limiting global warming to 1.5°C by positively impacting people, planet and society through our size and full value chain approach.
We have come a long way already, having reduced our absolute greenhouse gas emissions by 12% since baseline 2016 and have plans in place to achieve significant reductions going forward, but are humble that a lot remains to be done in order to do our part to limit global warming to 1.5ºC.
