About Our Client
Our client is a leading local conglomeration in Indonesia with carefully crafted products under their platform. The team is looking for a Head of FP&A to head the finance function, business partner with senior leadership to support the region's growth ambitions.
Job Description
- Examine the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), particularly those pertaining to financial metrics like sales, spending, and profit margin.
- Monitor KPIs and determine the reason behind any unexpected deviations.
- Create and maintain a budget, financial forecast, and operating forecast.
- Ad-hoc reporting of company performance
- Report the monthly and quarterly financial results for the various departments and units.
- Implement dashboard reports and corporate intelligence tools.
- Creating and analyzing financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Assist the management group and the department heads with data-driven analysis
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree of Business/ Economics/ Accounting and/or equivalent professional qualification
- Between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, experience from Big 4 and multinational company is a MUST
- Fluent in English is a MUST
- Recognised team leader with good interpersonal skills
- Proactive in problem-solving and client management
- Meticulous and detailed
- Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore compliance requirements on finance, accounting, tax, Companies Act, Accounting is a definite advantage.
