1. Assist Head Chef in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the kitchen and in developing new dishes. 2. Prepare all wok menu items to recipe specification safely, and efficiently. 3. Cook authentic Chinese food, plan menus, cook individual dishes or complete meals. 4. Must be able to handle high-volume of production during lunch and dinner rushes. 5. Understand all company policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and guidelines. 6. Keeps work area clean, organized, and stocked, throughout shift. 7. Any other jobs assign by the management.
