Purpose of the Roles:
As a HRC, you will provide advice the HRM officers and Consultants with the best practices to maximize employee efficiencies. You will champion a diverse workforce throughout the employee life cycle. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement through performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct departmental training needs analysis, skills audit, competency profiling and develop training plan.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Participate in the implementation of employee retention strategy.
- Provide advice on HR policies and procedures.
- Suggest new HR strategies to improve HR offering to business.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Facilitate and assist Line Managers with the effective implementation of performance agreements, evaluations and assessments within the cycle.
- Ensure Company Organogram is always updated.
- Ensure all HR Reports are up to date for the generalist functions.
- Drafts and Issues Warnings in the business
- Sits into Disciplinary hearings and manages IR processes
- Advises Manages on IR issues and Legislation
- IR Reporting
- Ensures IR training for line managers is schedules at least twice a year as part of the business training calendar.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus SAGE is advantageous
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Meticulous and high attention to detail.
- Good communication skill.
- Deep understanding of Labour Laws.
Minimum Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years or more of experience in progressively responsible HR roles and hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Related
- Contact Center/BPO specific experience advantageous
