As Manager IT Development in Sweden you will be part of a team that continuously is developing our Nordic IT and business capabilities.

Your mission

Enento Group is made up of several acquisitions and we are in a post-merger integration phase while having high ambitions in term of continued growth in revenue and profits at the same time. This means that you are required to drive parallel agendas comprised of both consolidation and efficient service and business capability development.

You will be responsible for development teams in Sweden consisting of both consultants and employees. You will work in a Nordic setup with close cooperation with business areas and IT.

To thrive and succeed in your role

To succeed in the role as Manager IT Development it is essential that you have solid experience from development and knowledge within IT from both a practical and management/lead position. You have experience from working with development, agile methodologies and DevSecOps and have confidence in cloud delivery models and container based solutions.

A great interest in people, development and technology is a necessity and so is an open, ambitious and humble attitude towards your fellow colleagues. You are a natural leader with passion for great leadership, in your own leadership you take a coaching approach and support your colleagues in their individual development as well as against team level targets.

Since we are a Nordic organization it is important that you are willing to travel within the Nordics and also communicate in English as well as in Swedish.

How does the process look like?

  • After a first screening, we will invite to a phone call with us, where we want to get to know you a little better and tell you about us and the role.
  • The candidates with the highest matching to the competence profile will be invited to interview rounds where you will meet the recruiting manager and other relevant colleagues.
  • In the next step, you will be invited to an interview with HR, before the interview you will do a short test, where we look at personality and potential so that we understand your profile a little better. The tests take about 30 minutes to complete and you will receive feedback on your results.
  • If we think that you are a good match to what we are looking for and the feeling is mutual, we will ask you for references.
  • If everything looks good this far, the process is done and we will ask you to come work for us.
