About the Product Manager Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will drive the healthcare provider portion of the marketing and brand strategy in Thailand. Enhance brand value offering, maximise growth opportunities, and monitor budgets to ensure the realisation of revenue and profitability. This role offers a competitive base salary with allowance and bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare a marketing plan, competitive marketing strategy and action plan, industry analysis, investment budget, sales forecasting, analyses the market trends which will impact on products or product portfolio
- Monitor market dynamics as well as competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Providing marketing activities for both internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of the responsible product portfolio
- Develop localised disease awareness concepts/campaigns through to execution in hospitals, clinics and public-based facilities to increase awareness of vaccinations
- Develop promotional materials and provide support to the sales team
- Develop new KOLs and engage existing KOLs to sustain strong networking and content development
- Conduct internal product/disease knowledge training for sales teams and external product presentation
To succeed in the Product Manager job, you will partner with internal colleagues and sales team to ensure flawless execution of desired strategies and tactics.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science, Master Degree in Business Administration or Marketing would be an advantage
- Minimum five years of experience in sales/marketing of pharmaceutical/biological products with minimum one year of experience in product management
- Strategic thinking, strong leadership with interpersonal communication skills
- Highly committed, well-organised and able to manage projects/priorities, positive attitude, energetic, result-oriented, team player, service minded and ability to work under pressure
- Strong ambition for professional development
- Good command of written and spoken in English
