Train Attendant
Provide good customer service proactively at station concourse , platform areas and on trains including maintaining the order while passengers board or alight from the trains, answering passengers' enquiries, and performing crowd control duties, etc.
Job Requirement:
Education at Hong Kong Form 7 graduate or above with at least 2 year customer service related expereince
Fluent Cantonese, fair English and Putonghua
Proactive with customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills
在車站大堂、候車區域和列車上積極提供良好的客戶服務，包括維護乘客上下車秩序、回答乘客查詢、執行人群控制職責等。
職位需要： 香港中七畢業或以上學歷，至少2年客戶服務相關經驗
良好粵語、英語及普通話
積極主動，以客戶為導向的心態和良好的溝通技巧
工作類型: 全職
薪酬： $19,240.60至$21,040.60（每月）
