Organizational Development Consultant [Israel]


 

EY is looking for an Organizational Development expert with consulting experience and an HR background to build and implement people solutions to be part of the People Advisory team. In this role, you will partner with a wide range of clients to successfully scale and improve their businesses, while enabling an exceptional people experience.

EY has a strong, global People Advisory Practice, and we need strategic professionals that enjoy being hands-on, creating from the ground-up, and have deep experience working on organizational change and the HR aspects of Israeli businesses.

What would you be doing in the role of Organizational Consultant? Here's a taste:

  • Support and guide client executives and HR professionals to understand the people challenges and needs in their business plans, and focus on building or re-designing people processes and tools, leadership enablement and employee experience
  • Build and implement end to end solutions for organizational re-designs, Mergers & Acquisitions (Due Diligence through PMIs), improvement processes and other strategic transformations.
  • Write proposals, carry out organizational and people assessments and gap analysis, and compose reports with analytics, insights, and recommendations
  • Conduct research and best practice benchmarking
  • Understand and customize EY global materials to client, industry and local (Israel) needs
  • Network, collaborate and partner closely with leaders and colleagues, both within EY and across clients to proactively identify market and client needs and build relevant solutions to achieve business objectives


What kind of experience and capabilities are we looking for?

  • 6+ years of experience working with/in dynamic, Israeli companies, combining HR roles and consulting.
  • Experience with commerce, retail, industrial, banking and other non-tech companies is a must
  • Proven track record of building and implementing new programs and change initiatives, and partnering with leadership teams of all levels
  • Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience in HR as an HRBP or in a Corporate function
  • Fluent English, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both writing and presenting)
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about what you do and about getting results
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including excel
  • Other Skills that would give you an edge: writing communications and creating communications plans; building and facilitating sessions (though we are not looking for training experience); good at putting together and doing presentations
