Principal Consultant in Financial Services

As we continue to grow, we are looking for Principal Consultants to join a highly successful Financial Services team in Switzerland.
You’ll be able to demonstrate expertise across all aspects of Organizational Strategy and Transformation with a specialism in post-Merger & Acquisition transition, operating models, process re-engineering, organizational effectiveness alongside cultural transformation within a financial services environment.
Our team works in an integrated manner with different solution teams across the globe. The team designs and implements meaningful transformation through truly understanding the genetic DNA of the organization. Using our in-house digital tools, we dive deeply into employee perception and behaviours whilst analysing both processes and frameworks to uncover the true landscape.
You must be fluent in German and English (any other languages are welcomed)
Primary Responsibilities
· Develop business and lead proposals by articulating a compelling vision for transformation; grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
· Scope, define, and lead transformation interventions using knowledge of the client and market, leveraging expertise in organizational design, analytics, process review, strategy implementation, change management, and behavioral/cultural change.
· Build and lead collaborative, development-rich engagement teams, where people are stretched, challenged and coached to meet or exceed their potential.
· Be the leadership example for collaboration and integration across KF, as well as the champion for inspiring a transformation mindset.
· Actively look for opportunities to support the development of colleagues through mentoring, timely feedback and project-based development/coaching.
Key Accountabilities
· Supporting the “translation” of strategic direction onto organizational constructs and organizational capabilities.
· Designing and rolling out organizational health checks and diagnostics.
· Understanding the links between leadership, structure, talent, and culture.
· Defining and scoping solution architecture for transformation interventions as opportunities arise, either as the lead or a contributor.
· Engaging key stakeholders in the business to ensure that there is a clear and consistent understanding of the objectives and outcomes of the project.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
· A relevant higher (Master’s or Doctorate) degree plus considerable (6+ years) relevant work experience in a consultancy and/or a relevant client function.
· Substantial experience solutioning and leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation interventions within/for complex, multinational organizations.
· Significant business acumen and experience advising senior executives on business challenges across a variety of business models and industries.
· Technical depth in one or more of the following: change management, business transformation, strategy development and implementation, organizational design.
· Experience working in/advising to Financial Services organisations.
