We are currently recruiting for:
Ticketing Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Ticket issue both point to point and complex itinerary routing for international market
- Reissuance of ticket for any changes/ amendment cause after ticketed
- Issue invoice and verify card charge through Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine
- Understanding Market and Corporate Fares for our Clients
- Gain knowledge and adherence to clients procedures, programs and policy guidelines
- Build and maintain good working relationships with airlines and suppliers
Requirement
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Travel and /or Airlines industry
- Hands on knowledge of GDS system – Amadeus and Abacus
- Ticketing experience with international, domestic and Low Cost Airlines
- Good understanding in international travel requirements and ticketing fare knowledge
- Strong communication skills in English and Thai
- Work under pressure and multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with airlines
- Self motivated with ability to work independently with minimum supervision
