Job Summary:
Starting hours 10 – 12 hours weekly intensive and attentive calls
the hours for calls are between 8 am and 5 pm Monday - Friday and can be carried out 2 hours daily or 2 days per week to hit 10 hours target

Fitness Enthusiast preferably with certification and experience on Gym floor with experience and must have proven track record of Tele Sales and Cold / Warm Calling Skills.
A fun role for a certified fitness enthusiast with proven sales experience. Personally highly motivated, self-disciplined and efficient individual who can provide customer support, make calls to update data base, discover new projects, generate new leads, database management, customer bookings, report generation, and other administrative tasks related to calls made.
The ideal candidate will enjoy telephone communication, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be customer-focused, and able to work to deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Tele calls for lead generation and discovery of new gym upgrade and new projects 70%
Manage Data Base 25%
Balance 5 %
Handle customer enquiries and quotations
Support the business development team with follow-up
Build and maintain customer relationships
Participate in relevant sales-related functions and events
Contribute to the improvement of processes and client experience
Requirements:
Understanding and love of fitness with certification ideally, specifically gym based
Experience in Telesales and similar phone dialogue
Able Build a fast rapport by genuine interest and friendliness
Understanding of sales principles and customer support practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with updating data bases
Fluent English verbal and written
Good knowledge of Ireland Geography and locations and pronunciation of cities and counties and Irish names
