Our offer is addressed to candidates with experience in a similar Operations position. In this operations position you will be responsible for processing customer orders from confirming them in system through ordering at vendor to invoicing customer.
What you'll be doing:
- Placing orders to vendors
- Work on the portals of suppliers
- Data processing and management in the information system
- Updates delivery details.
- Responsibility for receiving deliveries
- Checking invoices received
- Daily communication with suppliers and customers
- Transport coordination
- Communication with carriers
- Handling of complaints
- Creating reports for vendors
- Urgency of delayed orders
- Close cooperation with other departments
- Communication with customs authorities
- Track and escalate orders
- Receipt of goods
- Creating customer invoices
What we are looking for:
- at least secondary school education
- English language
- knowledge of PC (MS Office)
- flexibility, independence, reliability
- experience in the field of IT is welcome
- teamwork ability
- customer oriented
