Job Summary

A Business Relationship Support Manager plays a critical role in managing client relationships, supporting paralegals, and driving client satisfaction and retention. By providing guidance, support, and effective communication, they contribute to the overall success and growth of the law firm by maintaining strong business relationships and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients of the law firm, acting as a primary point of contact for their business needs. Foster trust, maintain regular communication, and address inquiries or concerns to ensure client satisfaction.


  • Paralegal Support and Guidance: Provide support, guidance, and training to paralegals to enhance their client service skills. Assist paralegals in managing client expectations, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating with clients.


  • Account Management: Manage client accounts and portfolios, overseeing all aspects of client interactions and service delivery. Collaborate with paralegals to ensure client needs are met, projects are delivered on time, and client satisfaction is maintained.


  • Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team to support client retention and acquisition strategies. Provide insights and assistance in identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches or presentations.


  • Client Feedback and Analysis: Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and trends. Conduct client surveys, hold feedback sessions, and provide reports and recommendations to management and paralegals to enhance client service and address client concerns.


  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the paralegal-client relationship and client service processes. Collaborate with paralegals, attorneys, and other stakeholders to implement changes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements in all client interactions. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and privacy regulations in handling client information.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between paralegals, attorneys, and clients. Ensure seamless information flow, manage client expectations, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.


  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data on client relationships, satisfaction levels, and business development activities. Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting areas of success, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.


  • Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and advancements in client relationship management. Continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills related to client service and business relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in similar positions for at least 5 years.
  • Knowledge in BPO's and CX metrics. Leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving ability and decision making abilities with the capacity to handle

  • Analytical skills
  • Team building and colllaboration

  • Organizational skills
  • Technology proficiency
  • Knowledge in customer service technology.
  • Degree in administrative careers. Specialist degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (read, write and speak, both in English and Spanish)
